Little Sedge offers comfortable and quiet self-catering accommodation on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Situated in the heart of West Wight, it is ideally located for the many walks and cycle ways to be found criss-crossing this part of the Island.

Little Sedge is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and sits alongside the Afton Nature Reserve & Marsh, a Site of Special Scientific Interest. 

Little Sedge caters for up to 3 guests. The facilities include a double bedroom, lounge / diner with sofa-bed, well-provided kitchenette and a shower room with electric shower. Sorry, but no pets or children.

The accommodation provides a large patio area (for the sole private use of guests) with patio furniture for sitting out / eating alfresco on those pleasant warm evenings. The patio is just a few metres from the boundary of the Afton Nature Reserve and many less common birds and other wildlife often pay a visit including the Island's native red squirrels. There is also ample safe off road parking and private gated access which leads down to the large private patio.

We accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights for those pleasurable weekend getaways. We’re flexible in accommodating ... 3,4,5 & 6 night stays as well & standard 7 night stays can commence on the day of your choosing (subject to availability). If your travelling schedule means booking a later ferry crossing then we accept arrivals up to 12 midnight. Longer stays are also available at discounted rates.
