A choice of three spacious and comfortable self-catering holiday cottages, sleeping from 4-12 people,  located within the rural grounds of Kings Manor Farm on the Isle of Wight.

Kings Manor Farm is situated directly on the beautiful Yar Estuary, between the pretty port of Yarmouth and Freshwater in West Wight.  This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the family owners have preserved the estuary in its natural state for 40 years, treating the tidal area as a wildlife sanctuary and planting trees to encourage Red Squirrels. 
 
You can enjoy the peace and quiet of this stunning location while being only a few minutes' drive from the bustle of Yarmouth, glorious beaches and numerous holiday activities.  Sailing, canoeing, fishing and general 'messing about in boats' is a must on the estuary, which also offers stunning bird watching and peaceful enjoyment. 
 
Extensive walking, bicycling and horse-riding opportunities are at you fingertips, as the main Yar estuary circular footpath runs through the property and connects with tracks that lead to the downs and the renowned Isle of Wight footpath/bridleway network.

We can provide stabling or turn out for your own horses and ponies and well-behaved dogs are always welcome.  Mooring or boat storage can also be arranged. 

The family live on site and the properties are personally managed by them.  They are always on hand for local advice or help.
