This beautiful, award-winning, luxury guesthouse nestles among rolling fields with stunning sea views in the south west of the Isle of Wight.

Our bedrooms are set around a courtyard with illuminated water garden with uninterrupted views of the sea or local beauty spots. Each room has its own private front door onto the courtyard. We have six luxury double rooms, four with their own personal patios; some of these can be configured with twin single beds. In addition, we have two fantastic family suites, which are built on two levels and normally sleep 4 but can sleep up to 7 depending on the age of the children, or be used as a two room suite for couples wanting a bit more space.
