Payment to be enclosed with order unless other terms agreed. Cheques should be in GBP Sterling, drawn from a UK bank and made payable to Heritage House (Publishers) Ltd.
Title to product(s) shall pass to Purchaser when prices, taxes & charges are paid in full.
In the event of non-payment under term 2, Heritage House (Publishers) may, at its option & without predudice to any other remedy at any time after payment has become due, enter Purchaser's premises & take possession of the goods listed on the relevant 'Order and Invoice' form. This right shall continue until payment in full, as set out in term 3 is received by Heritage House (Publishers).
